Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Almond Cow and any included accessories in the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
